Description: A LEED Gold project that encompassed the design and construction of two buildings in separate areas for a total project area of 24,962 SF. One building is a multi-story infantry training center with administrative and support areas . The other building is a Grounds Maintenance Building with a vehicle holding facility.

Project Name: Armed Forces Reserve Center
General Contractor: Cox Construction, Inc.
Location: MAFB, Moreno Valley

Description: Multipurpose training/educational centers consist of new one and two-story buildings, ranging from 6,700 to 64,000 square feet with a total of 148,000 square feet. They include classrooms, a conference room, training area, storage, offices, weapons vault/simulator and a vehicle maintenance shop.

Project Name: Navy Lodge
General Contractor: Harper Construction
Location: 32nd Street, Naval Base San Diego, CA

Description: A single four-story private sector hotel that included administrative offices, 104 guestrooms, laundry facilities and access control.
